Hello Everyone!
I am very pleased to announce the launch of Bee Beautiful Natural Skin Care Products! Bee Beautiful is dedicated to providing natural skin care that nourishes your skin. Currently our line includes: Hold My Hand (Hand Protector), Touch of Silk (Body Lotion), Soft & Sweet Lip Balm, Bee Soothed Lavender Soap, Bee Refreshed Peppermint and Eucalyptus Soap, and Lavender Bliss Natural Deodorant Mist. Everything except the deodorant mist is based in beeswax, a natural moisturizer that helps your skin to hold its moisture in (and that smells amazing!). Also on our list of ingredients are skin soothing treats such as Aloe Vera, Sweet Almond Oil, Cocoa Butter, and Vitamin E. We only use essential oils for fragrance, which are the least prone to cause allergy issues. Generally, with fragrance, people are allergic to esters more than to the actual scent. With Essential oils, there are no esters, just pure fragrance.
The first two products to launch are Soft & Sweet Lip Balm and Bee Soothed Lavender Soap, and they are available for purchase at beebeautiful09.etsy.com.
Bee Beautiful got started because of a passion for natural skin care. So many companies put out products that "deliver results," but do so by forcing your skin to submit to harsh chemicals, and they can also be loaded with preservatives that can do damage over the long haul.
If you ask any medical professional, your skin is an organ. It is a grouping together of living cells that serves a function in your body. Making up 15% of the average human's body weight, your skin is the largest organ you possess. Many of the issues we deal with in our skin have a biological nature, and many skin care companies treat them as cosmetic. Natural skin care products take a different approach: healing damaged skin, nourishing your skin, keeping it healthy and vibrant - these are all the methods of more natural skin care products.
You will not find any petroleum based moisturizers, and you will certainly never find any harsh chemical perfumes. Preservatives, unfortunately, are a sad fact of life if you want a product to have any kind of shelf life, but that does not mean that they have to be harsh chemicals, either. Where we can, we use citric acid as a preservative (that's right, vitamin C!). Not only does vitamin C also have benefits to your skin (such as aiding in the production of collagen), but it is naturally occurring in many of the foods we eat. In items that require any other type of preservative, you will find we have used the smallest amount we possibly could.
